Anqi's lil space.: Spend wisely, invest the rest

Hey all, sorry for the neglect. Been quite busy over the holidays & I haven't been home since the first day of new year. Well, this shall just be a rough summary of my whereabouts during cny as I've been experiencing blur visions since chu2, yet to recover so even the words on the screen now is blur to me.. I have to keep straining my eyes & it feels really sucky.

On the 8th, I had my reunion dinner with the paternal side's cousins. Had a short, quick and quite delightful catch-up//dinner.

The boy brought me for Little pancakes on the 9th, which is on the Chinese New Years' Eve. Steamboat with my beloved cousins, aunts & uncles @ granny's place with the maternal sides'.Whether it is Cny or not, I always have fun with my maternal sides' cousins. We're so close like brothers and sisters & we share everything together be it good or bad. So, like the previous CNY, it was midnight movie! :D The boy clicks well with all my cousins & elderly, so needless to say, whichever occasion, and whenever we gather, he'll be there to bring//share laughter as well. Ah boys to men 2 was marvellous, except that the monthly period visits so accurately when I was about to enjoy this favourite occasion & resulted a very angst me.

Well as usual, I'll follow the boy to his paternal sides' relatives places before I bring him to mine. Really enjoy Chinese New Year as we hardly get to see each other due to tight schedules & distance..Jolene's place to gamble with the usual cliques, went to John kor's place to visit him & Jason before home.

I never fail to bug the boy to bring me for sakae at least once every 2 weeks. So on chu2, we had sushi for dinner with Daryil & hasnie. Ordered pizza for granny, waited for Valerie to come with her cheerful Alaryce before Elson & co to come over to granny's place to gamble before supper at 302. Came across this crazy man obstructing the flow of traffic at the roundabout below my blk, so this very nosey boyf of mine went forward to ask what happened & even video-ed the scene down. Joke! So according to both parties, the taxi driver almost caused this man to meet with an accident (but did not collide at all) so the man want that reckless taxi driver to apologize (by standing right in front of his taxi, not letting the driver off) LOL! Well, I would say, both's at fault. The taxi uncle for driving recklessly and the man for obstructing the way when he was practically fine in one whole piece. Our crowd dispersed after 2 policemen came to settle this trivial matter. Hah, I know right, we're a bunch of kaypo singaporeans. It's in the blood :P

Woke up to a big crowd of relatives, brushed our teeths, washed up before we give our wishes & collect red packets. Next stop was to Peipei's (the boy's sis) place for steamboat. Then to tiger's place to gamble. Lady luck's on my side this year.. Striked 4d twice already since the first day of CNY till now. Hehe.

Chu4, Mahjonged as usual before going over to the boy's place to put up the new photo frame that crystal gave to me :D Prayers at Loyang with Joanna, Elson, Youngersis, Raynard and ma'boy. Changi for nasi lemak before home.

Chu5, which is also Valentines' day. The boy went to collect car from Ved before fetching me. He suggested East coast for seafood but my eyes ruined my mood & all, so I suggested Jurong point for a simple dinner will do. Dined at New york New york & I can truthfully tell you, THE FOOD THERE SUCKS BIG TIME! Got our old rings replaced, home aftermath.

Chu8, as the days passes, it gets more & more boring.. Mahjong as usual, while the boy sleeps, I went to give prayers to "tai sui" helped the boy pray as well, thankful I got grace & eewin as companion if not I'd be so lost its my first time praying for myself, usually granny does everything. I think it's time to do/learn to do things myself instead of relying on my family members eh? Pastamania with the boy for dinner before heading for a short singing//drinking session @ Csc. Coincidentally bumped into tiger there as well. Not astonishing, singapore's a small world..

Finally, the boy packed my favourite carrot cake early in the morning on chu7. He have not been keeping his promises since chu4. Hehe, Had my fills before I nap the day away. & When I woke, I got a sudden crave for primadeli's nutella waffle. Literally rushed, cleaned up, changed, & left home without the boy hoping I manage to be on time to grab one. Packed Old Chang Kee for Oh'mama & co; Jolene's place before meeting the boy at Yewtee. I think he have plans for me, his friend so-called accidentally hinted me. Muahaha!

He brought me for a short shopping yesterday. Didn't really enjoyed myself because the boy was rushing me home, thanks to the motherfucking weather. 216 for dinner with Elson, youngersis, raynard and the boy. Heineken @ home before we turn in. Can't believe, time flies by so quickly I actually misused my holidays by sleeping & slacking 'em away :( So used to sleeping side by side I can't imagine how I sleep tonight. Grrrrrrrrr!

and so we had sakae feast together too.

So not used to it.

It takes 15 mins more than usual to dry my hair. Aww!
